
the client: Huntsville Hospital Foundation
the challenge: The Foundation needed to get the word out about the second annual Swim for Melissa fundraising event. A brochure needed to explain the event, make pertinent information clear and easy to find, and pique interest in the cause. The invitation needed to mirror the brochure.
the solution: A folded brochure with a perforated card for donations allowed recipients to immediately respond to the information. The bright colors fit in with the “Fiesta” theme for the event, and photos from the previous year showed that a good time was had by all. An small accordion fold invitation and reply card were mailed closer to the time of the event.
